I am confused about using Environments across Workspaces.
I set up a new, fresh Workspace on my computer. I didn’t even expect to see environments from other workspaces, I assumed a fresh start; but was actually quite pleased to notice that ‘public’ envs showed up, as I was going to reuse some variables from them.
However, encrypted variables obviously could NOT be used in this new workspace, as the encryption key is different between the two. And editing one side clearly updates the other. So I really cannot touch this environment (as it is git synced for the other workspace), and cannot use the encrypted values, even locally on the same computer (or can I?).
So I now need to create new environments, with new encryption, as originally planned. I need them ‘public’ because I think this is needed so that they are synced to git, and I am sharing these with my teammates. But All of them will show up in all windows, regardless of whether they are relevant for that workspace or not. So why do I even see these envs, if I can’t really use them?
