Scrollbars in the multi-line editor are not functional

Hi Greg,

There is a small nuisance with the multi-line editor, as can be seen in the following screen capture.

The text area expands way over the size of the dialog pop-up and the scroll bar is not usable.

Would it be trivial to fix or does it require more complex changes ?
