Request chaining seems to be broken

This happens whenever i try to use request chaining and adding the response of a request to a header or environment:

After clicking on Save it adds these parentheses after it. When clicking on it, all the configuration is deleted

I am pretty sure, that it worked before with the same requests / configuration.
