Multi window support

This might just be related to the way I work, but many times I’m working on one project in one screen with my whole setup and in another screen I have a completely different setup. I’ve been shuffling around yaak. I’d love to be able to open on a new window, a separate instance of yaak, so I can work in a different folder next to my other windows.
