JSON escaping / table editor

I have messy multiline strings with special characters, quotes etc. I’d love to be able to have it escaped when using it as a variable inside a JSON variable. Alternatively a JSON table editor would be useful for this task. The goal is to get a final JSON output when copying as cURL which has all the quotes etc. escaped so that it parses
