Improve folder/requests browsing

Command + K is my go to because it's search UX is great. But I can’t say the same of the folder browsing experience and it feels like a workaround :
- Searching folder name does not produce any result
- “Collapse all” collapse all levels of the hierarchy, leading to folders expanding again when trying to reopen the collapsed parent.
