How do I send an audience using oauth2?

Maybe I am blind but I find no way to send an audience when using oauth2 authentication.

I understand that is is not in the standard for oauth 2 but there is a “de facto” usage from Auth0, azure, etc which makes it kind of hard to avoid.

Can I supply an audience parameter somewhere I have missed or do I need to resort to manual requests + method chaining?
