Environmental Variables not functioning in headers

I created a GLOBAL VARIABLE and a Custom Environment, but variables from either of these environments are not working when i “Ctrl+Space“ them into the headers section.
Manually typing in the values is working, and hovering over the global variable is displaying it’s value that i set in the Environment
