Environment detected as being deleted for directory synced workspace

Since one of the recent beta versions, for directory synced workspaces Yaak falsely detects environments as being deleted. This happens when switching to a directory synced workspace and after having had one open for quite a bit. I’ve sadly not established a clear timeline when it comes to how long you have to have it open for before it detects them, when switching to a workspace its instant.
