Editing the URL sometimes freezes the app

I’m not sure did it appear with 2.0 or earlier, but now with the latest version, VERY often when I edit the request URL, it simply freezes, turns into a black (well, rather gray) screen. Nothing helps, I can only kill it from the console and start the app anew.

Even then, the same happens if I try editing the URL. If I duplicate the URL, I can work with the new one, but still not the old one. After a while the new one freezes as well.

Note: now that I have played around a bit more with the field, it seems to break only if I use Cyrillic keyboard layout, so I hope it helps and fix is rather simple.
