App window loose focus on click

If I click on any menu the click is captured the window behind the window of Yaak, or the desktop itself is no other window is opened behind the Yaak window.

It means the app is unusable as it does not register any clicks.

I managed to trace down what cause this behaviour.

Steps to reproduce:

1. You should use Gnome as your window manager. Mine is 42 - I do not know if the version matters here, I think not.

2. In the Gnome tweak app / Windows / Focusing choose "Focus on Hover"

3. Now start Yaak and it does not receive any click event

If the Gnome tweak / Windows / Focusing is set to "Click on Focus" Yaak works like a charm.
