Add a "welcome screen" of sorts to help when you have multiple workspaces

Yaak tends to open the “wrong” workspace every time I open it, I expected it to be the last workspace I had open but this is almost never the case, seems to like opening a specific one that I almost never use.

I came from a client called Paw ages ago, and they had a welcome screen that showed your recent workspaces/all workspaces and if I recall it was an option if you wanted to see it or not, I would love an option to have Yaak always open with a list of my workspaces instead of it picking one to open.
